Posted March 06, 2018 09:25:53A man was arrested on Friday in Arizona after he allegedly hit his car with his car while driving drunk, a police report said.
The man, identified as 27-year-old Daniel Daniels, was arrested after he was spotted at the intersection of East Interstate 5 and US-5 at about 4 p.m. local time, according to the report.
Police were called to the intersection after receiving reports of a vehicle in the road that had struck the car, the report said, and a person had been injured in the collision.
Police said Daniels admitted to driving the car while intoxicated.
He was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, aggravated assault and DUI.
He is being held on $5,000 bond.
Police said Danies was the attorney for a car accident in Phoenix that injured two people in November.
He worked with a car dealership that filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in March.
