BUS ACCIDENT LAWyer Finds a Lawyer

Business lawyer, bus accident lawyer and legal expert Peter D’Souza says it’s worth knowing that the law is on your side when it comes to the road accident compensation system.

Mr D’Aubry has been a bus accident defence lawyer since 2007.

He says the new rules introduced by the Queensland Government are “very, very, very good” for motorists.

“It’s a very good start for people who are looking to claim compensation for a road accident,” he said.

“The new system is going to give people confidence in the system and it will be a great system for people to have confidence in.”

Mr D, who was the Queensland Lawyer of the Year in 2014, says there is a huge amount of misinformation around the road collision compensation system in Queensland.

“I’ve spoken to hundreds of people who have lost out on compensation and many of them have said they don’t know how to get their money back,” he explained.

“So, it’s a real mess.”

Mr B is an experienced accident compensation lawyer who has represented a number of clients and claims his advice has helped clients recover money in the past.

“You should look at the compensation and see whether it’s really worth it to you, and whether it should be paid or not,” he added.

“For me, it has saved me so many times.”

Mr C is a bus driver who has successfully represented a range of clients who have suffered serious injuries and financial loss in road traffic collisions.

“We have a number who are in hospital with serious injuries,” he noted.

“Many of them were wearing seat belts, but many of these people have been hit by vehicles.”

Mr K has been working in the bus accident compensation field for the past three years and says there are several aspects of the new system that he is pleased to see being improved.

“This is a great opportunity for people,” he told News.

Comau.

“It’s very important that you do your due diligence.”

Mr T has worked with numerous people injured in road crashes and says the system is a good start.

“There’s some very significant improvements,” he pointed out.

“And it’s not just a good starting point, but it’s going to be a really good starting place.”

That’s something that I think the people of Queensland need to be very proud of.
