The Lad Lawyer

This article has been updated to include comments from the lawyer representing a client who was arrested and charged with assault in connection with an altercation in the driveway of a house where he and his wife live.

The Lad’s attorney, Eric Roper, released a statement on Friday afternoon about the arrest.

“Our client was arrested on a warrant on charges of assault and battery against his estranged wife, a woman who he had been estranged from for some time.

We feel we will be able to obtain a fair trial. “

We are disappointed in the way the arrest was handled and feel the charges were unjustified.

The lawyer, who declined to be identified by name, said the couple has been together for more than three years. “

The Lad Law Firm has been providing legal representation to our clients in the past and is committed to providing excellent representation in court.”

The lawyer, who declined to be identified by name, said the couple has been together for more than three years.

He said the charges stem not from a physical altercation but from a dispute about the couple’s relationship.

“They are in a state of mutual hatred, and the argument was about the estranged wife,” Roper said.

The arrest came after the family had a dispute in the home of the couple.

The dispute was resolved when the wife called the police.

The woman said Roper called her abusive, threatening phone number and made her feel like he had the right to get away with what he did, according to Roper.

The incident happened in October.

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at the couples home and found Roper and his estranged ex-wife, who he did not identify, outside with the ex-woman, police said.

Roper was arrested after police questioned him, who told officers that the ex was going to call police because Roper threatened to kill himself, according a police report.

Ropers estranged wife said she and the ex had been separated for more years, according the police report, which was not immediately available.

Roping up a volatile situation The Lad said it has hired the law firm of Roper & Roper to represent the couple, as well as two other men who are also charged with misdemeanor charges of domestic battery.

The firm also has hired Roper’s brother, who said he has a strong connection to the Ropers, to represent them.

Ropers attorney, Chris Farrar, said in a statement that he had no comment on the charges against Roper or his brother.

The statement also said Ropings attorney would not comment on pending litigation involving the couple and Roper because of a pending case involving his brother, Roper has said.

“Mr. Rops brother, Mr. Rope is not in the process of deciding whether to take the matter forward,” the statement said.

An attorney for Roper declined to comment, citing pending litigation.

The case has been in the hands of the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, which declined to say whether it would press charges.

The couple’s estranged husband, who has not been charged, said he believed his estranged brother had “taken his anger out on” him, according an Associated Press report.

A judge has scheduled a hearing on the domestic battery charges for Oct. 13.
